Bed and Breakfast Rates;

January - March 2007 £38.00 per person per night

March - May 2007 £40.00 per person per night

June - October 2007 £42.00 per person per night

November - December 2007 £38.00 per person per night

NEW YEAR 3 NIGHT BREAK: £180.00 PER PERSON

All prices are for an en-suite room with breakfast

Child Prices;
           Up to 10 years old £15.00 per child per night
           10 to 15 years old £20.00 per child per night

All children must occupy a room with two adults or will be charged at the adult rate;
Bank Holidays, Easter , Christmas and New Year periods are charged at the higher rates;

A minimum of 2 nights on all weekends is required;

A non refundable deposit of £20.00 per person is required to guarantee the room.
No credit cards are accepted , cash or cheques with a guarantee card only.
